White-Label Consultancy

Our white-label consultancy service is designed for existing consultancy and service companies who have a requirement to either add security consultancy to their suite of services or for established penetration testing companies who require additional expertise during busy periods.

Perhaps you have a large project that you require extra consultants for or you have a bespoke engagement where you lack the expertise in-house. We deliver white-label consultancy for a number of UK-based testing companies, where we partner with them to deliver consultancy on their behalf. Our involvement with your end-customer is entirely transparent and for the duration of the engagement, we deliver the consultancy work entirely under your brand.

Transparent & Secure Communication

During the engagement with your end-customer, your assigned consultant(s) will communicate with your customer using an email account on your domain. In situations where additional security is required, we also have the ability to use PGP-encrypted email.

Testing Methodologies

While we have our own testing methodologies for our own engagements, we will conduct all testing under your organisation’s methodologies. This maintains consistency between your engagements, while ensuring that we deliver your consultancy work to an agreed standard.

Post-Test Conference Call

For each engagement that we deliver on your behalf, we include the option for your assigned consultant(s) to attend a conference call with your end-customer after the testing has been completed. This allows your customer the opportunity to clarify any aspects of the report and allows our consultant(s) to present the reports findings in more detail to technical staff if required.

Aftercare

With all of our consultancy engagements, we include a level of aftercare to your end-customers. This means that if your customers have a quick question for the consultant in the months after the report has been delivered, they have the ability to contact the consultant directly by email for any further clarifications that are required.

Reporting

As part of our white-label service, we will write our findings into one of your company branded reports. It would be your organisations responsibility to provide a sample report and also a report template that could be used to produce the final report for your customer. Our consultants are familier with the Dradis Reporting Framework, so if this is something that your organisation uses to produce reports, we would require remote access to your Dradis installation for the duration of the consultancy engagement.

Once our consultant has completed their final report, the report will be passed through our own internal Technical Review and Quality Assurance processes before it is issued to you. We operate on a reporting lead-time of 5 working days from the last day of testing for all of our white-label services, before you recieve the final report to issue to your customer.

Secure File Transfer

As a company, we use a secure file transfer solution to issue the final report to you. The solution is configured with Multi-Factor Authentication and a unique project password is sent to you by SMS.

Flexibility

As a consultancy company ourselves, we completely understand that there can be a multitude of reasons that a testing engagement is postponed or delayed. While we do not enforce any postponement clause with our customers, we request that you give as much notice as possible to any changes to the testing scope or days that the testing is to be conducted.

Scheduling & Booking

When you become one of our partner companies, you will be given direct access to a Resource Manager and also our consultancy booking portal. Your resource manager will be able to provide an up-to-date snapshot of our consultant availability, which will prove invaluable while you are liaising with your end-customer. Your resource manager will also be your single point of contact throughout the engagement and your ‘go-to’ person if there are any changes to the dates or testing scope.

Our booking portal allows us to capture all of the information that we require from you to schedule the consultancy engagement. Once we have received the booking from you through our portal, you will be notified through email updates as the project passes through our various scheduling and delivery phases. Our booking portal also provides a method to send documentation and files to us securely through a method that encrypts the uploaded files both ‘at-rest’ and ‘in-transit’.

We operate on a Provisional Booking system, where we can temporarily allocate dates for your consultancy engagement while you wait for confirmation from your end-customer. If we get requests for the same dates from other customers, we will always confirm with you that your proposed dates are still required, as this ensures that we maintain the resource capacity to deliver your project. Once you receive confirmation from your end-customer that the project is going ahead and you have received a Purchase Order from them, we will secure your consultancy booking in your assigned consultant(s) schedule and begin our preparations prior to the project commencing.

Invoicing

Once the final report has been delivered to you, we will issue an invoice to your accounts team.
